Desired Skills and Experience
- As part of a team you will operate our managed/SaaS services for our international data quality service customers (administration of infrastructure and applications, 3rd level support, customer communication).
- You will implement projects for further developing infrastructure and processes both independently and together with the engineering team, and support the team with the operation of our engineering infrastructure.
- You have successfully completed a course of university studies, or have received comparable education and training in the IT environment; and you have several years of experience in highly available operation of web and/ or managed services.
- You have in-depth knowledge of the administration of Linux, bash, Apache HTTP server, Apache Tomcat, MariaDB/ MySQL and Amazon AWS.
- Knowledge of HA technologies, automation, microservices, private clouds, Python, monitoring, Windows Server, IT security, data protection, data quality and other public clouds, web application stacks and DBMS would be an advantage.
- You are prepared to work flexible hours: we work for our customers whenever they need our services, i.e. the team occasionally works outside regular working hours.
- You are also prepared to be part of the stand-by availability of the team.
- You can convince us with your high working standards and attention to detail, as well as your profound service orientation and flawless and professional demeanour.
