Job Description: We’re looking for a Site Reliability Engineer who will be responsible for managing our production services and will be working very closely with developers and other Ops teams to ensure reliability, scalability and performance of the next-generation of systems. Specific Responsibilities will include: * Proactively identify an issue, gather requirements, design and then implement the solution * Write tools to automate deployment, enhance build systems and monitor services * Comfortable working with HTTP, TLS * Create and maintain complete and accurate documentation for the purpose of operational audits including security and compliance. * Continuously review and enhance processes and operating procedures needed to maintain the most cost effective enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure. * Innovate and automate improvements to our Operations (private/hybrid installations). * Identify and promote best practices and patterns for the setup, configuration and management including databases, servers, and network and storage systems.

Desired Skills and Experience

The Successful Candidate will need: * Demonstrated success managing multiple, complex projects. * Experience building a successful SaaS offering from scratch * influencing technology decisions, building processes and best practices. * 3+ years industry experience in a DevOps, site reliability engineering, or software engineering role. * Experience with Git branching and merging * Experience supporting production SaaS and adhering by other key metrics such as reliability and high availability. * Experience with performance analysis, troubleshooting, tuning, and capacity planning. * Experience with automating deployment of software to production instances and owning software releases. * Experience instrumenting applications to provide deployment related metrics. * Experience with cloud technologies such as Google Cloud Platform (preferred) or AWS. * Experience with modern configuration management frameworks like Puppet, Chef or Ansible. * Good Infrastructure knowledge of Load balancers, VIP configuration, Linux ,Storage * Familiar with LDAP, Active Directory, and Single Sign On implementations * B.S. or M.S. Computer Science or equivalent experience.   Pluses * Experience coding in Python and scripting in bash preferred. * Experience with Elasticsearch, Heka, Kibana. * Experience building secure cloud-based systems that handle sensitive data
