Experience with of Unix based operating systems (Linux, Solaris, BSD); Experience in Microsoft Windows XP and/or Microsoft Server 2003; and Web Application Servers (IIS, Apache) Basic Networking Knowledge (Cisco IOS, Juniper) and related concepts Understand computer hardware fundamentals General IT System Administration experience Preferred experience with Content Management Systems to include but not limited to Hybris, Sitecore, AEM, Hippo, or Tridion) Demonstrable experience with Chef, Puppet or Ansible or similar Experience with AWS or other cloud provider Preferred experience with ecommerce sites or solutions Demonstrated ability to problem solve and express yourself verbally and in writing Desire to learn new technologies BS Degree, preferably in Computer Science or related field

Maintain Content Management Systems including (Adobe CQ, Sitecore, SDL Tridion, WordPress) Support continuous integration and delivery jobs using bamboo, maven and/or robocopy Expand monitoring and develop operations procedures Maintain and extend basic networking infrastructure, including Cisco and Juniper ASAs, F5 Load Balancers Maintain and extend core infrastructure, including VMWare vSphere, DNS, Unix Bind & Windows Active Directory Maintain and extend web servers, both Apache and IIS, manage client Content Delivery Networks Install, maintain, and monitor physical infrastructure including Promise Arrays, HP iSCSI Arrays, Dell Servers, and other equipment as needed Rotate responsibility amongst the team for pager duty
