Salary: $80,000 * $90,000Minimum Requirements:B.S. Chemical Engineering; 5+ years of experience out of PSM-regulated chemicals manufacturing with previous experience as a process or production engineer. Job Description:This person will work in a medium-sized specialty chemical manufacturing plant that makes high-purity specialty chemicals. This process uses reaction (primarily batch), mixing, blending, turbines, compressors, centrifuges and filtration equipment. This engineer will be joining a team of 2 production engineers, 2 process engineers and 1 reliability engineer, all of whom report to the site manager who is also a chemical engineer. This position will be responsible for day-to-day support of the manufacturing units as well as process optimization. This role is bonus eligible and relocation assistance is available as well. This is one of 7 chemical manufacturing site that this company owns.
