* * - Work to improve electrical and instrument reliability by applying Maintenance/ Reliability Engineering principles, statistical data analysis, and supporting work process to improve plant site performance. * * - Identify, initiate, coordinate and complete I/E process improvement opportunities including capital project work ensuring that I/E maintenance needs are met. * * - Serve on the Preventive Maintenance and Spare Parts Review Teams. * * - Plan, schedule, and execute plant turnarounds within budgeted spending and schedule. * * - Perform safety monitoring and audits. * * - Participate on PHA Teams and as a fill-in for I/E Maintenance Superintendent as needed.

Qualifications

* * - BS Electrical Engineering with 10+ years experience as Instrument/ Electrical Engineer in a chemical, refinery, pulp & paper, or process related industrial plant. * * - Experienced with managing capital projects and interfacing with engineering firms and contractors. * * - Must have extensive maintenance/ reliability/ project background involving electrical power distribution, PLCs, AC/ DC drives, motors, etc. * * - Experience with reliability improvement processes including RCFA, Arc Flash Analysis, PM standards, key performance indicators, etc. * * - US Citizen or Permanent Resident (green card) is required.
