Job Description

Role : Site Reliability Engineer 

Work Location : Cupertino, CA 

Duration : 6-12 Months 

Interview : Phone/Skype

Mandatory Technical Skills:   

Technical competence in Unix systems tools, writing shell scripts.

Understand, debug and improve Java code, good knowledge about SQL and NoSQL databases, network application troubleshooting.  

Expert in making new queries and dashboards in Splunk.

Pro-activeness and strong self-initiative.

Need to have good communication skills to interact with external teams.  

Desirable Technical Skills :   

Mandatory Functional Skills:  

• Ability to innovate and present new ideas/solutions. Ability to handle customer discussions effectively and interact with multiple stakeholders

• Driving efficiencies and implementing roadmap to constantly improve speed of response

• Carry out periodic Service reviews and identify areas of service improvement actions. Implement service improvement action plan 

Desirable Functional Skills :   

Total Experience Required 6-8 Years
