Electrical Reliability Engineer
Electrical Reliability Engineer needed to work at chemical processing facility in Frankford.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Facilitate/lead root cause failure analysis as required, identify and support the implementation of corrective actions that mitigate risk and ensure that all analyses and activities are appropriately documented.
- Works with project engineering to ensure the reliability and maintainability of new and modified installations. The reliability engineer is responsible for adhering to the life cycle asset management (LCAM) process throughout the entire life cycle of new assets.
- Participates in the development of design and installation specifications along with commissioning plans. Participates in the development of criteria for and evaluation of equipment and technical MRO suppliers and technical maintenance service providers. Develops acceptance tests and inspection criteria.
- Conduct regular and formal downtime analysis for critical equipment
- Participates in the final check-out of new installations. This includes factory and site acceptance testing that will assure adherence to functional specifications.
- Work with electrical repair vendors and suppliers to improve repair procedures and drawing accuracy.

Other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications:
- BSEE from a four (4) year accredited college of university.
- 5+ years of engineering working experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to details and computer literacy.
- Must be able to analyze field data in operating facilities.
- Action orientated/self starter.
- Working knowledge of SAP in a Maintenance environment.

- Previous experience in a heavy industrial environment.
