Description: Provide reliability engineering support of market released conventional EP RF ablation products and operations continuity. As a Reliability Engineer, this position is responsible to ensure compliance of process validation, process controls, and design validation and verification activities with established requirements and regulatory expectations. Partner with manufacturing (located in Puerto Rico, Tijuana and Danvers) and regulatory to process manufacturing changes on released product. Ensure products are developed and manufactured with highest product quality and meet all applicable product quality, design and manufacturing process requirements. They will ensure the application of appropriate statistical methods and concepts such as FMEA, DOE, Critical parameter identification, GR&R, and control planning to ensure the transfer and release of robust and manufacturing procedures using capable equipment to produce products. They will support and contribute to successful completion of projects including CAPAs and represent the organization as a technical contact for reliability. Provide support in areas of process engineering and quality engineering to support continuous process and product improvements. Partner with Manufacturing Operations in the execution of manufacturing process IQ/OQ and PQ for conventional EP products. They will support master validation planning, including execution of process validation Less than 5 years of experience.
