Senior Network Engineer

- Design, implement and operate IT network infrastructure with BCP / DR implementation, drill test & maintenance
- Develop and enforce network security policy
- Install and administer networking and security devices
- Manage and operate the whole range of network devices including load balancer, firewall, WiFi, switches/router, SIEM, Firewall, IPS/IDS and Log Server
- Evaluate, recommend and manage Virtual Call Center solution
- Lead the enhancement, consolidation and refreshment of network infrastructure to achieve improvement in monitoring, performance, scalability and reliability.
- Assist in attaining industry standard including PCIDSS and ISO27001
- Manage and implement and patch management, version upgrade, change management and capacity management of network and security devices
- Provide on-site or remote product installation, support and problem solving for IT Infrastructure related tasks such as network, systems, email, server, desktop and IP phones
- Perform troubleshooting and root-cause-analysis to fix complex IT infrastructure problem which involves multiple technology domain
- Develop network and security solutions based on technology risk management model and comply regulatory requirements on IT infrastructure
- Coordinates with vendors for outsource service and quality support

Work with Global IT team, operation, business units and vendors in different locations for various initiatives Desired Skills and Experience
- Degree in Information Technology or equivalent with at least 8 years hands-on experience, holder of certification in CCNP, CCIE, CISSP a definite advantage
- Good knowledge on common routing protocols and WAN technologies including but not limited to BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, Mulitcast, MPLS/VPLS
- Hands on working experience in the implementation of network infrastructure supporting data, voice and video, WLAN in a converge environment.
- Proactive and strong incident analysis skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, an ideal candidate would have both English and Chinese (including Putonghua), but not q requirement
- Team player, open and willing to learn
- Experienced collaborating with international teams
- Knowledge of payments industry security standards preferred
- Strong knowledge of Cisco products (Switch, Router, Firewall and VPN)
- Occasional travel, including international
