Job Description :We are seeking a Senior RF Packaging Engineer to support package & process development at Infineon’s RF power packaging site in Morgan Hill, CA. * Expertise in polymer chemistry o Mold compound chemistry with knowledge of thermal limitations * Proficiency of Printed Circuit Board (PCB) materials, assembly processing & operating limitations. * Experience with conductive organic & pressureless Nano based die attach materials * Willingness to challenge internal & external partner design rules when applicable & achievable * Contribute to package & process innovation for high power, RF packaging. * Identify end-of-life failure mechanisms of organic materials (thermal & stress fatigue) * Conduct intrinsic & extrinsic reliability testing for new product development Qualifications : * Minimum MS, Prefer PhD in Organic Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field * 10+ year experience in Semiconductor Packaging using Organic Die Attach and Mold Compounds * Deep understanding of RF-Power Packaging * Strong interpersonal & communication skils * Technical development project management experienceOnly Online Applications will be considered. * Go to www.infineon.com * You will receive a confirmation of your application via email. * No phone calls please.
