Linux System Administrator   Requirements

  • Experience administering large systems used to support Cloud based environments. 
  • Linux operating systems
  • Strong knowledge of open source config tools; Puppet, Ansible
  • Experience administering high-availability, large scale environments.
  • Experience with one or more Apache, Memcached, DNS, MySQL, DHCP, SSH
  • Proficiency in tools: Nagios\OpsView, Zabbix, Ganglia, Elasticsearch, collectd, statsd, Logstash, 
  • Strong knowledge of networking services

  • Understand managing large-scale systems and applications

  • Development skills with languages such as (Java or C) or Python, Go, Javascript, Ruby, Bash, PHP, Perl
