This position will sit in the Santa Clara California Office Strong change management experience with cloud deployment NetScaler experience is a big plus DevOps experience is highly preferred The engineer will operate as a Site Reliability Engineer / DevOPs for the NetScaler NWaaS. The primary responsibility will be deploying new software in the cloud · Responsible for managing the overall operations of production services· Collaborate with developers and other internal groups to identify, prioritize and develop service reliability and manageability improvements.· Work as part of the NOC and other Ops teams to troubleshoot site issues.· Be a change management Guru! · Maintain the CI/CD environment and troubleshoot problems.· Develop tools/scripts to improve our ability to rapidly deploy and effectively monitor production applications in a large-scale Linux/Unix environment.· Develop automation for deployment of services.· 4+ years of Unix/Linux systems administrator level experience.· Proven production service troubleshooting skills that span applications, systems and network· Solid understanding of operational principles, such as capacity planning, monitoring and incident handling· Good scripting/Automation skills in python.· Knowledge of Ansible will be desirable.· Good Understanding of AWS· Good Understanding Jenkins, Maven, etc. Requirements: Job Title:Site Reliability Engineer
