Job Details

A leading Media Startup located in Venice is looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to add to their Data Platform team. This Engineer will be responsible for scaling their cloud infrastructure hosted in AWS, along with integrating various Big Data technologies into their Stack. The ideal candidate will be versed in DevOps methodologies, a scripting master (Python, Bash, Go), and extensive experience with Big Data platforms, ideally Hadoop.

Required Skills

  • 5+ Years Cloud Infrastructure experience with AWS
  • Big Data Platform knowledge (Hadoop, PGSql, MySql)
  • Scripting knowledge with Python, Bash, or Go
  • Configuration Management experience with Ansible
  • Docker experience for Containerization
