These systems are our primary operational tools used to manage services performed by affiliates for our customers.

We are looking for a highly capable Quality Assurance candidate with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. The ideal Quality Assurance candidate will be a self-starter, one with the capability to learn new rules and business procedures quickly and on the fly, and a strong sense of responsibility about his/her position. You must be able to work full time and on site at our offices in Chicago, IL.

Core Responsibilities For Quality Assurance Engineer

  • Participate in the design, development, and implementation of test standards as well as QA procedures to maintain high levels of software quality and product reliability;
  • Work closely with development teams to diagnose issues, resolve defects, and make sure that product releases follow project specifications;
  • Create automated and manual test plans and scripts to execute for assigned projects;
  • Contribute to the planning process, establishing tasks and forecasts for work.

Work Experience Requirements For Quality Assurance Engineer

  • At least one years of QA experience with knowledge of established QA practices and the software development life cycle.
  • Working knowledge and experience using Agile with Scrum methodology.
  • The ability to multitask and manage several projects at any given time; a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate, act as a team player.
  • Experience in an Agile environment.

Education Requirements For Quality Assurance Engineer

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or with equivalent professional experience.
