Reliability Consultant
Description: Our client, one of the fastest growing, larger international firms is seeking a 693 Reliability Consultant with at least 5+ years’ experience with 693 reliability standards & compliance in the Utility Industry. REMOTE POSITION!!! MUST possesses a utility background/experience Must have complete understanding of the following type of NERC Registrations: TO, TOP, GO, GOP, BA Remote based position with 100% traveling to the client site. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. 3+ years of project management experience. Must have demonstrated experience in IT security Demonstrated experience with processes, procedures, operations, and other compliance initiatives and impacts as they relate to reliability standards. Demonstrated experience working across multiple organizations such as Information Technology, Engineering, Regulatory, Law, Operations, Security, etc. Demonstrated ability to function in a team environment working on complex projects. Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to accurately analyze information and make strategic decisions. Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with clients, peers, contractors, regulatory agencies and all levels of management to develop solutions and ensure stakeholder buy-in. Must demonstrate effective resource and project planning, decision making, results delivery, team building, and the ability to stay current with relevant technology and innovation. Must demonstrate strong ethics, influence and negotiation, leadership, interpersonal skills, communication, and the ability to effectively manage stress and engage in continuous learning. CISSP, PMP certified a plus Industrial Control Systems PLUS NERC CIP experience a plus Professional Engineer a plus
