This role is based in Los Angeles

At its HQ in Sydney, Australia, mPort has designed and built a world-first 3D body-scanning technology transforming the way the world shops and tracks its health and fitness. Using thousands of items of data, we create an accurate 360-degree 3D avatar for our customers. It is fully automated, and easy to use.

We are now in a position to expand our team, and we are looking to hire an experienced (post-)agile software developer to be our first technologist based out of our LA office. We’re looking for someone to help troubleshoot issues for our US clients in the local timezone alongside our customer service, pod operations, and marketing team members already in LA. We’d also love for you to be able to build a small dev team around you over time.

Your role will be part support of our existing solutions, part greenfields software development. Basically you’ll be troubleshooting production issues if they are escalated, and the rest of the time you’ll be writing new solutions and helping us move to some of the latest technologies.
