Tobii Tech Platform R&D Tools is looking for a creative and dedicated person to own the build and release process for several key teams within Tobii Tech!

The role and responsibilities

As a build & release engineer at Tobii you will have an extremely important role, we need someone talented who is proactive to improve the environment that our developers works in. You will be running the day-to-day engineering processes and be in touch with our talented teams within Tobii Tech on a daily basis. 

In this role you will get an extremely rare insight into what Tobii is all about and what all the different teams are up to.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Development of strategies for branching and merging
  • Coordination of the best practices with other parts of Tobii
  • Building scripts, tools and other services to improve the productivity of our developers
  • Work to ensure a working build flow between the teams
  • Familiar with the GNU Make family and CMake build tools
  • Experienced with one or several build management/CI systems like TeamCity, Jenkins, etc.
  • Brilliant in working with UNIX system administration
  • Comfortable with various scripting languages, such as bash
  • Experienced with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or other similar elastic compute services
