As part of our sales engineering team you are able to solve complex problems through the implementation of action plans for customers, your own expertise and through solution oriented communication.
We collaborate with clients to find the best way to technically integrate our products & APIs into their systems, and support them with any obstacles they may encounter.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Develop solutions for complex integrations in cooperation with our clients
- Manage, interpret and convey clients’ requirements to product management and engineering teams
- Liaise with members of the sales and account management teams as technical and product expert
- Handle issues reported by clients and internal teams including verifying the issue, isolating and diagnosing the problem and developing solutions where possible
- Coordinate the solution of identified issues with our partners, product management and engineering teams
- Develop and deliver product demonstrations and produce support materials
- Use a variety of tools, e.g. SQL queries, JavaScript consoles and log analysis
- Take charge of our systems by monitoring KPIs and our platform
- 3+ years of experience as Developer, Product Manager or a similar job with a technical background
- Deep understanding of web and mobile technologies, especially in mobile advertising
- Hands on experience in MySQL, HTML, JavaScript and Unix Shell
- Persistence as well as creativity to get to the bottom of complicated, inconsistent technical issues
- A curious and proactive mind set as well as a customer-oriented attitude
- Business proficient English skills
- Experience as Product Support Engineer or Solution Engineer
- Degree in e.g. computer science
- Knowledge of Spark SQL and Vertica
