This includes working closely with our internal development team to ensure our applications scale and stay available 24/7. Another is working with our support team on issues that are reported and helping triage them for development.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • A wealth of experience in managing and deploying mobile and web applications
  • Familiarity with Server/Application/Deployment frameworks such as Chef, Ansible, Puppet or Capistrano 
  • Experience managing and working with AWS Services including EC2, RDS, ELB and RedShift
  • Working knowledge of Ruby on Rails or similar language
  • A good understanding of managing and querying MySQL 
  • Working knowledge of Redis or similar in memory database
