Desired Skills and Experience

  • Deliver specialist technical analysis, design, implementation and consulting projects
  • Work with multiple customers and systems at a time, both project work and BAU support
  • Provide technical fault analysis and troubleshooting
  • Help maintain our IT environment, namely installing, configuring and supporting workstation and server software
  • Help drive the development and support of processes and procedures to improve service delivery 
  • Have an eye for continuous improvement, looking at and recommending ways for Provoke to enhance our service offerings.
