World Wildlife Fund (WWF), the world’s leading conservation organization, seeks a CRM Systems Specialist at our Washington, DC office. The CRM Systems Specialist will work with the Deputy Director, CRM Systems to support the CRM technical and application environment. The Specialist is responsible for maintaining and supporting the ongoing operation of the CRM application environment. The CRM Systems Specialist will help resolve issues, help maintain security, and ensure uptime of the system working closely with the DBA, vendors, and other IT staff. This position is a regular term position and is benefits eligible.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Responsible for supporting and maintaining systems in the CRM environment to include Blackbaud CRM, PaperSave, and SAS.
  • Responsible for CRM system security including the creation and modification of security roles.
  • Respond to and take ownership of application issues. Perform technical troubleshooting of issues to resolution documenting all solutions. Address requests in priority order and track through to resolution. Ensure a consistent response to problem resolution, customer requests and status reporting. Actively monitor all issues to ensure timely resolution. Communicate frequently, effectively and professionally with internal and external customers and vendors.
  • Assist with configurations to facilitate new business processes. Assists and facilitates testing of customizations, services packs, and major application releases, including developing test scripts.
  • Work in tandem with other WWF IT Staff and vendors (Blackbaud, SAS, and PaperSave) to troubleshoot issues as they arise and extensively documenting them.
  • Work closely with the Network Services team to resolve issues impacting the application that may not be application specific such as performance, system or network issues.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a computer related field desired. Relevant work experience may be substituted.
  • Minimum 4 years supporting enterprise applications in a technical support role is required
  • Knowledge of Windows operating system; Windows Server 2012 preferred
  • Experience with SSMS, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, OLTP, OLAP and Data Warehouses required.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving database problems.
  • Strong and methodical troubleshooting skills; attention to detail
  • Strong change management skills
  • Experience with change/configuration management tools, helpdesk tools
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Must be able to work past standard business hours to included weekends.
