As a Software Developer you are responsible for writing, building, implementing, testing and adjusting various client specific solutions in CRM applications according to the specifications given. You’ll be reporting directly to the Manager Performance & Solutions as part of the multidisciplinary, multilingual team. Your work place is Enschede. Your tasks as Performance Analyst

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Designing, building, implementing, testing and adjusting solutions in CRM applications according to given specifications for client specific business processes.
  • Designing, building, implementing, testing and adjusting additional web-based solutions according to given specifications for client specific business processes.
  • Deliver correct and specific information (resources, requirements, realization plan and development time) and possibilities on development of new solutions or changes to the project manager.
  • Inform project manager on status and progress of agreed software development.
  • Perform maintenance on client specific business solutions in CRM applications as Powerhelp and other custom software solutions developed in-house.
  • Maintain databases and performing data transactions in the CRM databases between various systems.
  • Build and maintain various interfaces between internal and external databases/applications.
  • Documenting the developed software and applications.
  • Finished education MBO+ and working and thinking level.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, C#, C++, XML, ASP, ASP.NET, user interface design.
  • 1-3 years programming experience with Microsoft VisualStudio, .NET, Visual Basic, ASP, C#, C++.
  • Experience with CRM support, development and maintenance.
  • Basic experience with System Administration.
  • Knowledge of Database Design and Administration, SQL queries and Microsoft Windows OS.
  • Good command of the English language, verbally and in writing.
