  • the implementation of new digital concepts and products that our publishing houses need
  • the reliable delivery of all data and data structures provided via the CMS
  • the best UX for the authors, editors and publishers who want to work with our CMS
  • Accept and respond to first-level support requests
  • Maintaining our test content in the development, integration and QA environments
  • The management of access rights and user data for the CMS
  • Testing and training new CMS features
  • Taking on new requirements for the CMS
