This position has the potential for organizational growth and advancement.

This position will work with Judges, Administration, and other Circuit courts to continually develop, refine, and support our applications.  As a Senior Programmer, you will participate in various capacities as a team member through all phases of the application life cycle.  You will participate in the creative process and help develop new functional specifications.  There may also be optional travel to other jurisdictions/conferences to assist in software demonstrations.  This position reports to the Court Technology Officer, and work is evaluated based on the quality of results obtained based on predetermined metrics, timelines, customer feedback, and reports. The workload distribution for this position is an estimated 65% coding, 35% user interaction.

Application Development Team Composition:

This team works in concert with the Systems Administration team, who collaborate for all hosting, networking, and topology projects.
