  • Associate’s degree in an Information Technology or related discipline (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Math) and 6 years related work experience with operating system hardware and/or software and components

  • In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of experience with IT infrastructure in a large IT environment with many categories of devices, infrastructures, and operating systems; experience could include mainframe and/or distributed environments

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with others, which could include levels of management and external vendors

  • The ability to work in a team-oriented environment and independently organize work resources from current team or other teams to solve technical problems

  • Excellent organization skills with the ability to work on multiple projects and/or assignment simultaneously

  • The ability to support department goals that align with current and future Company objectives and initiatives

  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to find successful resolutions for complex issues, escalating those that require management involvement, when necessary
