SummaryHands-on Technical leadership role focused on developing (Building) next generation Data Center Infrastructure capabilities. As the Associate Director, Cloud Infrastructure engineering you will report directly to the Head of Cloud/Data Center. You will provide the technical leadership & direction to the mission of Regeneron Infrastructure group.Responsibilities• Ensure the Cloud Platform & Services are designed and implemented to support Private and Public infrastructure initiatives and are aligned with the overall IT, business strategies and priorities• Demonstrate hand-on knowledge of Private and Public Cloud Computing. Designing, Provisioning and administration using best practices for enterprise customer across multiple cloud offering (Amazon Web Services and/or Azure)• Play a key role in advancing the cloud (IaaS) eco-system and culture of technical excellence• As a critical member of Cloud/Data Center Group, the Associate Director will need strong Technical, strategic agility and practical implementation experience to continually advance the company’s IT technology and service capabilities.• Support Hybrid cloud solution and demonstrate abilities of everything as a Service such as Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)• Lead the implementation of Cloud solution using Amazon Web Services• Lead the implementation of Cloud Management platform that support Hybrid cloud management• Support (Design/Development) of infrastructure integration services that can be integrated with Public & Private cloud computing. (Amazon Web Services)• Ensure all technical procedures (Installation, Configuration, Run books) are documented and updated and are contributing to the maintenance of operational standards• Management and migration of traditional infrastructure to cloud-based automated infrastructure• Evaluating New Services/Features to be incorporated into overall Infrastructure cloud platform strategy• Automation of infrastructure services and system administration task where possible
