Empower IT to Empower End-Users

Own the development of core product features

As a Software Engineer (Junior to Mid; no Entry Level or Lead/Senior) on the core Product Engineering team, you’ll develop across the CloudBolt codebase, advancing the state-of-the-art in how Enterprise shops manage their data centers and clouds. Core product developers primarily develop features from end-to-end (design, development, documentation, testing), fix bugs, and respond to escalated or overflow technical support requests on a rotating basis. During the agile development process, our engineers collaborate as pairs or small teams to design, implement, and own features and product improvements, while collaborating with peers in Sales and Solutions (field) Engineering to understand and integrate customer requirements. Our product is installed as an appliance at each customer site, so you’ll end up maintaining and troubleshooting Linux systems; you will use or gain experience with system administration/operations/devops that put you in our customers’ shoes and help inform your product development decisions.

Being a mature startup with a substantial customer base, founded by experts in the industry, and backed by a strong management team and passionate investors, CloudBolt Software is a target-rich environment for any engineer-entrepreneur with lots of energy looking to grow a broad base of knowledge and participate in the building of a successful enterprise software product and an exceptional team.
