In the Dublin office we count on the support of over 200 employees from all over the world, I am Portuguese for example :-) ….. and we all work in a beautiful glass building overlooking the canal, which has some amazing views.

Now, the bad news.. To be in our DevOps family you need to be super smart..  The bar is really high! When Alberto, our courageous EMEA DevOps leader, joined 3 years ago we had a small team of 3 wide-eyed engineers which slowly grew to 12, distributed throughout Europe. Because of major growth plans we’re now looking to double the size of our team in 2017……. We want you to be the next star in Zendesk!

You will be part of a team focused on managing Zendesk’s global infrastructure.  You strive to automate everything a system does and want the easiest deployments for all concerned. Want to work in a large environment? Our engineers look after over 5,500 servers with more being added every day! One of our biggest projects we’re working on right now is to migrate a large part of our architecture to AWS -  of which you will play a major part! Finally you will get the opportunity to work closely with some of the smartest developers to fine tune the performance of products such as Voice (have a sneak pick here: https://www.zendesk.com/voice) and improve on ways that we handle traffic.
