We’re looking for a passionate Software QA People Manager to join our growing engineering team in Barcelona. You should be confident communicating in English, and working in a fast and agile environment.

  • You have a technical background, experience in test automation, and have worked in a team lead or management role before
  • You’re comfortable in the spot between QA, people management, and product development
  • Your passion for people is paired with a keen interest to understand and grow our business
  • You have good communication skills and you enjoy working in a team and collaborating with other team members. You value receiving feedback from your peers and you’re able to provide constructive feedback.
  • You evaluate and appreciate everybody’s point of view and prefer to reach consensus over imposing decisions.
  • You’re able to identify the strengths and interests of QA Engineers and find the perfect project(s) for each one to work on while challenging them
  • You’re fluent in written and spoken English
  • You’ve led agile development teams in a fairly fluid environment, collaborating with product owners, technical leads, and agile coaches
  • You’re a facilitator, coach, and mentor, and thrive in ambiguous situations between technologies and human beings
