In this role you will:

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Be accountable for the success of the Key Accounts, especially in the onboarding
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel (on all levels) in
  • Develop the business by identifying all opportunities within new channels and
  • Lead communications with key accounts in times of change or problem resolution
  • Ensure that customers fully understand and have mastered the application of
  • Monitor and manage execution of the activities by measuring and reporting on
  • Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and
  • You have a deep understanding of web technologies and have been a part of web
  • You understand DNS, CDNs, Git, Docker, Agile, CI/CD, web security, SSL, SQL
  • You are technically adept, constantly absorbing new tools and paradigms; you never shy away from new software or systems.
  • You speak and write excellent English and French
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to drive and coordinate projects
  • Willingness to travel and attend conferences.
