Technical Account Manager at platform.sh (Paris, France) (allows remote)

In this role you will:
phase and in ensuring the long term stability of operations
assigned customer accounts
customers as well as within the managed portfolios.
existing and new products, both from a business and a technical perspective

Desired Skills and Experience
- Be accountable for the success of the Key Accounts, especially in the onboarding
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel (on all levels) in
- Develop the business by identifying all opportunities within new channels and
- Lead communications with key accounts in times of change or problem resolution
- Ensure that customers fully understand and have mastered the application of
- Monitor and manage execution of the activities by measuring and reporting on
- Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and
- You have a deep understanding of web technologies and have been a part of web
- You understand DNS, CDNs, Git, Docker, Agile, CI/CD, web security, SSL, SQL
- You are technically adept, constantly absorbing new tools and paradigms; you never shy away from new software or systems.
- You speak and write excellent English and French
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to drive and coordinate projects
- Willingness to travel and attend conferences.
