Desired Skills and Experience

  • Increase performance, security and scalability of our products
  • Write clean, modular and robust code
  • Provide support in monitoring, back-ups, reporting, problem identification and mitigation, and service improvements
  • Develop, test, and deploy secure, reliable and scalable infrastructure using AWS technologies and bare-metal and Saltstack (or similar)
  • Share your experience about building a reliable infrastructure by documenting processes and consulting your colleagues
  • Take an active part in architecture decisions and complex development tasks
  • Build, enhance and maintain tooling and scripts to automate repetitive tasks
  • Bachelor’s degree in scientific, engineering or technical field or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years Linux experience with in depth knowledge of system internals and bash scripting
  • Several years work experience in Software Engineering, DevOps / Automation, designing reusable platforms, Web Infrastructure and Open Source
  • You love working with developers and testers, and making their lives even easier by setting up super streamlined and reliable continuous integration and deployment systems
  • You can install and configure Linux in your sleep, and troubleshoot network issues just as easily
  • Very good understanding of System Architectures for highly scalable solutions
  • Hands-on, nothing-is-impossible mindset, real team player, preferably EU work permit
  • Interest in building a DevOps Culture
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
