Desired Skills and Experience
- 4+ years of software development experience using programming/scripting languages such as Java, C++, Python, etc.
- Understanding and experience building high-performance, scalable algorithms.
- Understanding of Agile or Kanban / Lean software development methodologies
- Experience using Linux as a software development platform, as well as some Linux systems administration knowledge
- Experience with version control systems (Git, Subversion)
- Experience using modern build tools such as Maven, Jenkins, Github, etc. a plus
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) a strong plus
- Proficiency in Java a plus
