DevOps Manager - Build systems to catch bad guys at Signifyd (San Jose, CA)
Our engineers build systems that catch bad guys. Using all available payment, user, and machine data, we have to separate legitimate credit card transactions from fraudulent in under 400ms. That means doing just-in-time mash-ups of internal data with external APIs and reducing it all into a single score with a few critical insights for end-users.
To solve this problem, we’re looking for world-class engineers who are eager to learn, adopt, and contribute to a reactive style of programming.
Responsibilities:
Lead devOps team
Automate new and existing processes/environment to build, test and deploy software and infrastructure
Work on projects to support new product features, improve performance, scale capacity, reduce costs, and secure data
Work with multiple Engineering teams to determine long-term vision and design architecture
Research new and emerging technologies for future consideration
Define and improve new and existing infrastructure for performance monitoring and anomaly detection
Quickly react to issues and troubleshoot as a leader working across multiple teams
