As a member of Ingram Micro Commerce and Fulfillment Solutions tactical engineering team (“Tiger Team”), you will be responsible for accelerating platform feature and infrastructure development in response to emergent business opportunities.  This is a full-stack position, with opportunities to work on a variety of different systems at multiple layers for short periods of time.

  • Fast-track development of time-sensitive customer features and feature improvements
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product and Design teams to come up with effective, maintainable, and supportable solutions
  • Partner with QA teams to maintain high standards for software quality
  • Be a voice for our customers and advocate for a great user experience
  • BS or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience
  • 6+ years professional software engineering experience
  • Experience working in a variety of code bases and production environments
  • Advanced experience in modern LAMP development
  • Ability to come up to speed quickly in unfamiliar code environments
  • Ability to carefully balance short- and long-term technical priorities
  • Experience with Git version control
