As part of the Chase Merchant Services Wintel IAM & Infrastructure Engineering team, this EPV Infrastructure Engineer II will be primarily responsibility for the hands on Operation, Customization, Maintenance, and Support of the CCB Merchant Services CyberArk Enterprise Password Vault (EPV) application service supporting over 9,000  emergency and service accounts across 3,000 internal Sub-LoB target devices.

This is a Level 3 Engineering application service and infrastructure support position with key responsibilities in the areas of automation, support, maintenance, recovery, and updating of the Merchant Services CyberArk application stack as well as monitoring and supporting the Windows Servers used in delivering the service.

  • Understanding industry best practices, JPMC policies and standards, and the Merchant Services operating environment.
  • Provide effective production and escalation support including accurate problem identification, ticket documentation and customer dialogue.
  • Monitoring and maintaining application performance, service level SLAs, and related infrastructure components and plugins.
  • Planning, testing, and supporting the promotion of changes into the production environment and completing quality review of all implemented changes.
  • Completing all daily, weekly, and monthly operational and runbook tasks.
  • Participation in key initiatives and discussions with peers, auditors, and management  as the Merchant Services application SME.
  • Periodic testing of application disaster recovery procedures and initiating the recovery process if needed.
  • Initiating and/or managing engagements with CyberArk Support, internal IT teams, and service customers.
  • Maintaining and updating the team’s knowledge base, documentation, and end user guides.
  • Identifying ways to mitigate risks, improve performance, practices, and procedures.
  • Providing cross-functional support as needed for areas assigned to other members of the team.
  • Participating in a 24 x 7 On-Call monthly rotation.
