Tickethour a Ticketmaster Company seeks for a full-time Java/Java EE developer with at least 2 years hands-on experience.

As a DevOps Automation Engineer you will be a member of a team responsible to design and implement automated dynamic environments to support the needs of delivery teams in a cloud – based infrastructure. You should also have the ability to analyze, design, implement and validate strategies for continuous deployment demonstrating strong collaboration skills with technical teams for delivering existing or new types of services. The successful candidate will also be finding ways to automate manual processes, streamline existing ones, and help us scale the platform for future customers.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor Degree in computer science or equivalent
  • 2+ years of working experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge and understanding of Web applications
  • Experience in Linux system administration
  • Experience with source control tools (SVN, Git)
  • Experience with build tools (e.g. Maven)
  • Experience with CI / CD tools ( e.g. Jenkins)
  • Experience with artifact repositories (e.g. Artifactory)
  • Experience using Ansible or Puppet as an infrastructure management tool
  • Experience with deploying and running applications in the cloud
  • Experience with technologies provided from Rackspace, AWS
  • Self-Motivation, Attention to Detail
  • Good knowledge of java stack and java software development
  • Experience in Terraform
