  • You’re able to identify the strengths and interests of QA Engineers and find the perfect project(s) for each one to work on while challenging them
  • You’re fluent in written and spoken English
  • You’ve led agile development teams in a fairly fluid environment, collaborating with product owners, technical leads, and agile coaches
  • You’re a facilitator, coach, and mentor, and thrive in ambiguous situations between technologies and human beings
