- You have good communication skills and you enjoy working in a team and collaborating with other team members. You value receiving feedback from your peers and you’re able to provide constructive feedback.
- You evaluate and appreciate everybody’s point of view and prefer to reach consensus over imposing decisions.
- You’re able to identify the strengths and interests of QA Engineers and find the perfect project(s) for each one to work on while challenging them
- You’re fluent in written and spoken English
- You’ve led agile development teams in a fairly fluid environment, collaborating with product owners, technical leads, and agile coaches
- You’re a facilitator, coach, and mentor, and thrive in ambiguous situations between technologies and human beings
