Desired Skills and Experience

• Superior organizational and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Solid scripting skills are highly desired
• Minimum of five years experience
• Occasional after-hours and weekend support (including travel) may be required for system upgrades or emergencies
• Want to see very sharp System Admin candidates, 4+ years of experience (Big BONUS if candidates come from trading background)
• Looking for all around technologist (Linux and Windows experience)
• Should have networking experience 
• Should be extremely strong with Linux (their environment is 100% linux servers)
• Some help desk work, dealing directly with trading team and working with development team
