Desired Skills and Experience

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in media or telecommunications in the areas of Software Development, IT, Technology Development, or Engineering functions
• University degree preferably in Engineering or Computer Science (B.Eng, BSc)
• Working understanding of software development technologies including Microsoft .NET framework, SQL Server and Windows and Linux operating environments
• Knowledge of C# and golang programming languages considered an asset
• Previous experience in delivering projects through agile scrum methodologies
• Proven experience supporting teams operating on large scale software development projects
• Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills
• Strong leadership, facilitation skills and coaching skills
• Must be able to stand on their own two feet in driving clarity in ambiguous situations
• Not afraid to get their hands dirty in how the work gets done
