• Demonstrated, in-depth technical knowledge of supported Gateway Ticketing Systems software and solutions.
• Proven experience with coordination of multiple tasks simultaneously, meeting deadlines and working productively and efficiently under pressure.
• A demonstrated proficiency of Microsoft Office programs (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft SQL).
• A demonstrated proficiency using Windows Powershell.
• A demonstrated proficiency creating reports using SSRS.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the calendar year, which may include weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work/communicate to all levels of management and knowledge-based personnel and keep a professional demeanor at all times.
• Ability to work both in a team environment and on an individual basis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working additional hours beyond regularly scheduled hours as requested by management.
• Experience working with Windows server, including Active Directory and proper disk configurations.
• Experience implementing and supporting cloud solutions, specifically Azure.
• Experience working with Logic Monitor.
• Experience working with SQL Sentry.
• Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or combination of education and experience. 
• 5-8 years’ experience working with SQL Server as a Database Administrator.
• Experience with SAN and Virtual Server Technologies preferred. 
• Professional certifications from Microsoft, Oracle or others are desirable 
• Preference for experience working with hosted, cloud-based solutions and technology
