- Alfresco Certified Administrator and/or Alfresco Certified Engineer
- Alfresco Activiti Certified Administrator and/or Alfresco Activiti Certified Engineer
- Technical Support experience
- Search Technologies such as SOLR
- Web Servers (Apache Tomcat)
- BPM knowledge
- Knowledge of a scripting language
- iOS or Android mobile application support or development
- Authentication knowledge (Kerberos, SSO)
- Knowledge of Document Management including Records Management, Digital Asset Management and Content Transformation
- Additionally helpful: Web Services, FreeMarker, CIFS,FTP, WebDAV
