  • Technical Support experience
  • Search Technologies such as SOLR
  • Web Servers (Apache Tomcat)
  • BPM knowledge
  • Knowledge of a scripting language
  • iOS or Android mobile application support or development
  • Authentication knowledge (Kerberos, SSO)
  • Knowledge of Document Management including Records Management, Digital Asset Management and Content Transformation
