- Strong SQL querying and optimization skills.
- Serverless application frameworks (Serverless, Apex).
- Git/GitHub or similar.
- Cloud-based architectures, development, and deployment.
- Scalability experience.
- Strong analytical skills with troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate on projects
- Patience to provide technical direction and best practices to junior developers
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet milestones
- Self-disciplined to work independently on projects
- Mellow ego, open to collaboration, code reviews, and constructive feedback
- Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
- Agile / Scrum development methodology
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / MIS or equivalent experience
