- You’ve got a few years of experience with web applications that have high availability
- You’re hands-on and keen to make a change together with a motivated team
- You structure your work well and it’s target-oriented and clear
- You’re a Linux and OpenSource crack
- You know a lot about MySQL and Cluster
- You stay friendly and calm, even when you’re stressed
- Together with your team, you show what professional IT operations are
- You’re fluent in English
- You don’t have to know German at the beginning, but you should be willing to learn it – obviously we offer courses
- You’re happy to present new ideas and concepts in front of bigger groups
- You’ve got experience with Hardbeet, LVS and PHP
- You’re good at working with your team, but you’re also a respected manager
- Your team operates the technical basis of our SaaS solutions
- Flaws and opportunities for optimisation are identified, solutions developed together, plans made and changes implemented with your support
- You will lead our systems and processes to the next generation
- You will actively help to develop the architecture of our IT, plan changes and turn them into reality
- Availability, scalability, performance and a high degree of automation are our natural demands for the technology of our SaaS solutions
- You encourage the further development of your employees and create a strong team
- You take care that there is good communication within your team and with other teams. You know where your team stands at any time
