  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows 7 and Office 2010
  • Ability to troubleshoot, analyse, and solve technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear and concise communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries.
  • Ability to clearly document problem resolution using our online knowledge base.
  • Troubleshoot workstation operating systems, applications, peripherals, network and audio-visual issues.
  • Awareness of network based essential infrastructure services
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to be adaptive and to think on your feet
  • Enthusiasm to learn new technologies
  • A background in desktop administration is beneficial but is not necessarily required.
  • Experience building and maintaining desktop and laptop images that support corporate platform standards.
  • Experience with hardware monitoring and performance tuning.
  • Experience of Windows Server 2008/2012 R2
  • Experience with the finance industry is neither expected nor required.
