- Responsible for site reliability engineering at Scout24
- Manage and develop a team of top-tier software and operations engineers at two locations
- Consult all engineering teams on resilience and performance patterns / architecture
- Provide tooling and frameworks to enable teams to run their products
- Develop full stack capabilities in your team that start at the user and go down to the network layer in the context of public cloud infrastructure and physical datacenters
- Continuously improve the delivery process of the teams through coaching, monitoring and other activities or actions that you bring to the team
- Think automatic vs automated
- Be proactive vs reactive
- Building complete solutions by integrating off-the-shelf and custom tools through APIs and custom code
- University degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Profound experience in leadership roles within engineering and internet organizations
- Profound experience in site reliability engineering at fast moving internet organizations
- Strategic thinker: Ability to take responsibility for the realization of corporate goals and stay on course even if others lose sight of the results
- Excellent project management skills
- Great communicator and you are able to articulate a vision
- Fluency in English
