- BS or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- 6+ years professional software engineering experience
- Experience working in a variety of code bases and production environments
- Advanced experience in modern LAMP development
- Ability to come up to speed quickly in unfamiliar code environments
- Ability to carefully balance short- and long-term technical priorities
- Experience with Git version control
