• Very strong experience administering Windows Server, Active Directory and other integrated technologies
• Strong experience with Hyper-V, including clustering and replication
• Strong experience with fail-over clustering and disaster recovery
• Strong experience with networking, including firewall and switch administration
• Experience with backup and restore technologies
• Ideally (but optional) some experience with SNMP and Monitoring systems such as New Relic and Pingdom.
• Ideally (but optional) some experience with database/SQL server administration
