Desired Skills and Experience
- Support both incoming technical support calls and provide onsite support at customer premises.
- Install all components of our software in the public or private cloud environment and on client devices, and debug software issues.
- Monitor installed software using a set of dedicated system validation tools.
- Conduct regression tests of the system using machines.
- Collaborate with all teams and people to ensure the smoothness of the software development process
- Very good knowledge of Linux
- Knowledge of virtualization platforms (VMware, XenServer Open Stack, Docker)
- Knowledge of computer network issues
- Experience in creating shell scripts
- Experience in technical customer service
- Readiness to spend several weeks abroad
- Education in computer science, telecommunications, electronics or related fields
- Good command of English, Polish language as a plus
