- Acting as a liaison between Spyglass clients and the Catapult team
- Participating in new Spyglass implementations
- Managing client issues and requests related to Spyglass
- Working with clients to build compliance dashboards to review and expand their monitoring of security KPI’s and metrics
- Monitoring security and analytics dashboards
- Analyzing trends and making recommendations to improve client security related to malware, etc.
- Guiding client conversations to roadmap additional security and enhancement initiatives

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Client management experience
- At least 1 year of experience working with Security products
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Ability to travel up to 20%
- Experience working with Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS)
- CompTIA Security+
- CEH: Certified Ethical Hacker
- GSEC: SANS GIAC Security Essentials
- CISSP: Certified Information Systems Security Professional
- CISM: Certified Information Security Manager
