  • Acting as a liaison between Spyglass clients and the Catapult team
  • Participating in new Spyglass implementations
  • Managing client issues and requests related to Spyglass
  • Working with clients to build compliance dashboards to review and expand their monitoring of security KPI’s and metrics
  • Monitoring security and analytics dashboards
  • Analyzing trends and making recommendations to improve client security related to malware, etc.
  • Guiding client conversations to roadmap additional security and enhancement initiatives

  • Client management experience
  • At least 1 year of experience working with Security products
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
  • Experience working with Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS)
  • CompTIA Security+
  • CEH: Certified Ethical Hacker
  • GSEC: SANS GIAC Security Essentials
  • CISSP: Certified Information Systems Security Professional
  • CISM: Certified Information Security Manager
