Build and Release Engineer at Remedy Partners Inc. (New York, NY)

Desired Skills and Experience

• 3+ years in a systems administration and/or DevOps role supporting a software development team
• Experience with Build Automation tools (Bamboo, Jenkins, TeamCity)
• Working knowledge of package and dependency management
• Understanding of source code control standards (Git / BitBucket)
• Experience with at least one scripting language (Ruby, Python) preferred
• Proven experience with Amazon Web Services administration and configuration preferred
• Experience with Log Aggregation (SumoLogic, ELK, Splunk) and Monitoring solution (NewRelic or else) preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with others in a professional manner
• Ability to work in fast paced, dynamic environment
• Detail-oriented
• Support development from initial infrastructure provisioning and first deploy to troubleshooting production issues with network and infrastructure.
• Improve and support CI pipeline
• Design delivery processes for scalable, highly available cloud ready solutions with development teams
